Terms and Conditions of Promotion

HOW DOES THIS PROMOTION WORK?

Spend $30 or more in one transaction on Hasbro board games at any The Warehouse during the promotional period and receive a Family Game Night voucher (voucher) redeemable for one McDonald's® Classics Share Meal worth $32, as further described below.
The promotional period begins at 12.01am on Wednesday, 1 March 2023 and finishes at 11.59pm on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.
If you make a qualifying purchase instore: Write your name, address, and phone number on your original The Warehouse till-generated Competition Entry Form (not the receipt) and post to: Hasbro Game Night Promotion, PO Box 100940, North Shore, Auckland 0745 (photocopies will not be accepted) OR complete the online Competition Entry Form (do not do both) on The Warehouse web site after you have completed making your instore purchase and have a unique receipt number.

If your order is a click & collect from a store: Complete the online Competition Entry Form on The Warehouse web site after you have completed making your online purchase and have a unique order number
The Online Competition Entry form can be located under the Competition page at https://www.thewarehouse.co.nz/c/competitions
Voucher claims close at 5pm on Friday, 14th October 2022 (claim deadline). Any Competition Entry Forms received by Hasbro after this date and time will be considered late and will not be eligible for a voucher. Envelopes must be postdated prior to Friday, 14th October 2022 (post mark deadline).
Within 14 working days of the claim deadline, Hasbro will post a voucher to the address provided on either the till generated Competition Entry Form or the Online Competition entry form.
One (1) The Warehouse till-generated Competition Entry Form will be generated per instore transaction and one (1) accepted per order number for online Competition Entry Forms.
Entrant's name, address and other contact details will be supplied to Hasbro to enable to voucher to be posted, or entrants to be contacted and these details will be kept and held securely until the completion of the next running of the same promotion or 8 months later, whichever comes first.

REDEEMING YOUR FAMILY GAME NIGHT VOUCHER

Each voucher will be accepted in exchange for one McDonald's® Classics Share Meal which consists of one (1) x Big Mac®, one (1) x cheeseburger, one (1) x Quarter Pounder®, one (1) x McChicken®, two (2) medium fries, two (2) small fries, two (2) x medium soft drinks and two (2) x small soft drinks at any participating McDonald's® restaurant in New Zealand, subject to availability.
Each voucher can be redeemed once, in full.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other McDonald's® food/promotional offers.
Please notify crew at Drive-Thru prior to placing your order that you have a voucher.
Available after 11am at participating restaurants.
Vouchers not redeemable through McDelivery®.
One voucher per person per visit.
Vouchers valid till 30 June 2023.
This voucher must not be distributed to or redeemed by a child under 14 years.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

11. Hasbro Limited and The Warehouse Limited reserve the absolute right to refuse to issue vouchers on claims that they determine are not legitimate or in the spirit of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, claims where:
1. The Warehouse till-generated Competition Entry Form is deemed not to be a genuine original; or
2. The person named on the Competition Entry Form has not legitimately made the minimum required purchase of $30 or more in one transaction on Hasbro board games from The Warehouse; or
3. The person named on the Competition Entry Form is not the person who has made the purchase; or
4. The purchase is not made within the promotional period; or
5. The Competition Entry Form is not received before the claim deadline.
6. The Competition Entry Form is not post marked before the post mark deadline.
No responsibility will be accepted for postal errors that result in Competition Entry Forms or vouchers arriving late or going missing.
No responsibility will be accepted for vouchers sent to the wrong address due to illegible handwriting or occupants no longer residing at the address provided at the time of completion of the Competition Entry Form. Please print your details clearly on your The Warehouse till-generated Competition Entry Form so that the voucher can be correctly addressed.
The Warehouse and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems and is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the redemption
This promotion is open to all New Zealand residents, including employees of The Warehouse Limited, Hasbro Limited, and McDonald's® Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited.
A maximum of four (4) vouchers will be sent to any single address. If you are legitimately claiming more than four (4) vouchers, please contact Hasbro toll free on (0508) 828 200 extension 1, during business hours to discuss your claim.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and both Hasbro's and The Warehouse's Privacy Policies.
Vouchers which are not used within the specified period will expire.
Neither The Warehouse Limited nor Hasbro Limited will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant in connection with any product purchased or consumed for this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Where a voucher is unavailable for any reason, Hasbro reserves the right to substitute that voucher (or part of that voucher) with another voucher at a later date. Hasbro shall not be liable for any changes to the value or make up of items offered in the Voucher.
By accepting this prize, the winner consents to the Promoter and/or its affiliates and agencies using the winner's details, photographs and other material for reasonable promotional purposes including but not limited to in store notices, posters, emails, online marketing activity and press.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
